SELECTED PRIVATE AND PUBLIC COMMISSIONS
La Crema Estate at Saralee Vineyard, Windsor, CA
"The first installation at La Crema Estate by Dusanka Kralj is a commissioned triptych-a set of three panels which when placed together form one overall scene. We asked Dusanka to give us her artist interpretation of the taste of our Saralee's Chardonnay, Saralee's Pinot Noir and in the center panel, La Crema itself. As you view the left panel, you can almost taste the lemon and spices, the buttery caramel, sweet ripe peaches and yellow plums. On the far left is the Pinot Noir. The panel exhibits a symphony of saturated floral tones along with black licorice, wild berries, black tea and cloves. Lush textures portray the dramatic complexity of this extraordinary wine. And in the center, La Crema itself, bold and beautiful, an expression of our passion for the land and the bounty of the vineyards! Lastly, there are some hidden gems in the panels for those with a dscerning eye. Do you see the wine bottle and glasses of wine? And in the center, the group of floating La Crema triangles soaring through the sky."July 2016
